AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the proposed By-law will come before Council at its Planning Council meeting using both in person and Zoom platforms on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. At that time, the Council will hear any person or their agent who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
